So I think it's a good time to update.

So a lot of changes have gone on in my life from the last time I updated. For one thing I have job now, that I just got promoted at, yeah I've been there like a month and I got moved up already, it's not a fancy shmancy job, but it will do. So if anyone needs to know anything about patio furniture or pools, I'm your man.

I also grew out my hair, it looks pretty wicked actually, but I think I might be cutting it tomorrow, or I should say, later today. It's getting really hot and I think it's just a smart time to cut it, less maintenance when it's short and I think it will signify a change in my life and spark some good changes.

I was just thinking right now how awesome my friends are, I am so glad I have them around or I would go insane, I'm so glad they put up with my crap, I know I can be a handful, but thanks guys for being there.

I just noticed I can have a real condescending tone when I talk to people, I feel like I come off as a real know it all, so I've been trying to change that, come off a little less in your face, but still have a confident tone, so if I ever sound condescending people, please tell me, it will really shut me up.

It's this kind of crap that keeps me ranting on about how the Boston Celtics ain't shit, they just some wack ass haters, what everyone really needs to do is take a look at this video then maybe you'll see the shit I saw all during the NBA Finals.

But, now it's time to leave all that behind, season opener is tonight and the Lakers are looking pretty good, just hope everyone can stay healthy, I mean Kobe couldn't even go a couple pre-season games without hyper-extending his knee, I think God really hates the Lakers sometimes.

Well I saw some bullshit on the news yesterday, apparently some skinhead bitches wanted to go on a killing spree, shooting up all the black people they can find, including presidential candidate, Barack Obama. Now I got to say, I rarely say I hate any one cuz hate is such a strong word, but I hate these types of fools who are ignorant bitch asses, who hate on a certain type of people just because of their race or beliefs. I don't think anyone has the right to judge a person on those merits alone, I think actions speak louder than any race or belief.

Man the world is a fucked up place sometimes, let's just hope it's getting better.

oh yeah so I went to The Stinking Rose tonight, if you like garlic in your food than hit this place up, it is pretty cool, I would suggest everyone try it at least once, it is an experience, unless you don't like garlic than don't go, haha.

one more thing I suggest everyone does, go do something different, do you ever feel like you're doing the same thing over and over, hanging out with the same group of people committing to the same routine everyday, ever found yourself in a situation to break away from the norm, but you were way too comfortable, I had the chance to do that tonight and I went with it, you'd be surprised what can happen when you give people a chance, they have the potential to amaze you. if you let them.

So here I sit trying to finish a paper that just needs to be done already, I seem to get most of my blogging done when I am writing papers, I think its because I am already writing and my mind begins to wander, however even though my mind wanders, since I am writing I still need to find a way to feel productive and yet still be wasting the precious time I am slowly running out of.

I know I'm going to regret this later on because I could have used this time to write more or read more or do something more important than this, but i just found myself wandering blogs, myspaces and facebooks and I was thinking I might as well write something. I think writing in this thing is actually a little helpful in getting me ready to write some more in my paper. I think you need a break every now and then just to cool down so you down burn yourself out.

So tomorrow or later today is my last day of school for this quarter and I am really scared, I have this always present fear in the back of my head that I am really behind in my classes for my major and the fact is that I really am behind. I know everyone says that its better to get it done and understand it, than to rush through it and not understand anything at all, but I don't want to be that guy who's on his 6th or 7th year just trying to get done, but I guess any way to finish is a good way as long as it goes with understanding the information taught to you. I really needed to get this all out because it has just been stewing in my head for the past two months and to get it down somewhere feels really good. I don't really know why but I feel a little better about the future. I still need to work at it and keep moving forward, but I know that I can succeed.

Well this is what I like to call intermission, I do this on every blog I write while I'm in the middle of a paper, yes this is not the first time I've done this, yeah it's a bad habit, but it's a way to relax for me. But anyways, intermission, yeah this is the time where I get back to my paper and leave this unfinished blog lingering, I might come back to this in an hour or more, I might not even come back to it, good thing this blog autosaves haha, but yeah it's just interesting to see the shift my mind does from this point to when I finish this blog later on...

So I finished the paper and I believe it has been about an hour or two since I last left this thing, it's just funny that after finishing that lengthy paper I still have to finish a journal for my other class that I barely started, no rest for the procrastinators I guess, haha. Also to add insult to injury, the B key and the K key on the keyboard of this laptop are busted, K key is comepletly gone and the B key you have to push really hard on or it won't register, man I'm having a grand old time, well I think my rant is done for now. Until I write another lengthy paper.

man a lot happened this weekend.

i don't know what to start with, there was a show @ chain/sister's birthday/ a graduation/ rounding off with quality time with the fam. i believe all in chronological order.

one thing is getting to me though, is it possible to find a direct connection with a person in one day? a connection so strong it feels like you've known them all your life.

met a good friend's friend and the whole meeting threw me in a loop, i think im fallin', but im not too sure. when the dust settles let's see how things go.

does watching this show make anyone else mad at the stupid kids who can't build the silver monkey right?

So I guess I wasn't done with the procrastination, I'm here at school now, just finished a make-up quiz, and I'm straight bumming it here in the Comp Lab, can't afford food so I'm just gonna jump on the comp and try and finish this damn paper.

my mom's coming back from the Philippines tonight, so you know what that means, party's over kids, haha, but I did miss her, being in charge of the house has really allowed me to set myself straight and reorganize my priorities, I really understand the work my dad did around the house, the responsibility he had, but enough of that.

so taking breaks in between paragraphs and pages I think is working out cuz I think this paper is almost finished, just a few more paragraphs and I'll be done with this stupid thing, just cuz I'm wondering and I've been writing about this crap, does anyone think Capital Punishment is good, is anyone for the death penalty?

First things first, a big Happy Birthday to Penney Libao, she's now the big 21 years old, let's go get trashed now.

I'm trying in every way possible to not do a paper, I hate procrastination, it is such a strong distraction and it is so easy to do.

so yeah, lots of things going on, it is sort of hard to concentrate on school when so many of my friends are getting out of school already, I'm so over school, I was actually over school about 8 weeks ago, but it is really setting in now.

I find that the hardest things you have to finish for school aren't the big projects, even though they can be a bitch, but rather the assignments that need to be done when you just don't care anymore, but you still need to get them done.

well any ways I need to get back to that damn paper, who knows I might be back in 10 minutes, if procrastination takes over again.

New beginnings

a new blog, a great time to start things the right way......a new place for randomness

i had a livejournal that i never used so i deleted it, but i think this will be different

i had a strange dream today, i say today because i slept all day, it was a real unproductive day, but back to my dream, i was doing something completely unorthodox with someone and people came to watch like it was a show or some carnival act, they were cheering and taking pictures and stuff, the strangest part was that i remembered most of my dream, most of the time i would just forget the dream, but this one really stuck

it seems like it is getting hotter by the day isn't it, like someone closed the window and turned on the heater, it's great weather though, im not a big fan of hot weather, but you can't deny that the weather is pretty nice

isn't it strange sometimes how you can be completely fine with your life how it is, alone, not caring for any one but yourself, your friends and family, and then someone comes along and turns your whole world upside down and you can't help but think of that person every waking moment you have and then in an instant they're gone and you are in the same spot you were in before, but nothing is the same, everything seems different, without someone in your life.
